Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Knockhatch Adventure Park will re-open on the 16th July 2020 for Annual Pass members. On the 17th July 2020 the park will be open for everyone. Tickets MUST be booked online from 7pm, Tuesday 14th July 2020. It will not be possible to buy tickets on the gate as we are following the Governments request to restrict numbers in the Park. The team are so grateful for your patience and support for our family business during these unprecedented times.

We are complying with the Governments request and shut down on Saturday 21st March 2020. As always our customers, staff and animal's health must come first. Please stay safe everyone and follow the guidelines set out at www.gov.uk/coronavirus. We have many new attractions & features opening in 2020, this will give us more time to get those ready for you.

When we re-open It is important to wash your hands often during your visit to Knockhatch Adventure Park, especially:

  • when you get to Knockhatch Adventure Park or arrive home
  • after you blow your nose, cough or sneeze
  • before you eat or handle food
  • after you touch or feed any of the animals

You should wash your hands for 20 seconds, using soap and water or hand sanitiser.

Annual Pass Holders

All Annual Pass holders will have their expiry dates ‘paused' from 21st March 2020. Once we know when we are allowed to re-open those ‘paused' days will be added to your existing Annual Pass Expiry date.

Pre-Booked Day Tickets

All pre-booked day tickets will be refunded. Please allow 10 working days for your accounts to be credited.

Meerkat Experiences, Owl Experiences & Animal Keeper Experiences

We will be contacting all pre-booked experiences customers on a weekly basis. If you have a ticket from Buy A Gift or another provider that has not been redeemed please contact them to get your voucher extended.

The Knockhatch Animals

Whilst we will be closed our animals will continue to be fed and cared for everyday.
