Birthday Parties

Due to Government restrictions we are not taking party bookings until further notice. All day tickets need to be purchased online in advance and standard prices will apply.

We know children can be very hard to please, especially when you have got quite a few of them in the same room. So anything that eases that burden has got to be a good thing, and here at Knockhatch Adventure Park, we run the best birthday parties in East Sussex. It's fun for the parents too as they can join in with the play.

You can explore around the Park. What a great way to spend quality time with the kids. Have some action packed fun exploring the animals, indoor and outdoor play areas and reap the benefit of keeping the kids entertained.

Please check our online calendar to what day your party falls on, you will need to know if the party falls on a green or an orange day for your booking.

Before booking please make sure you have read and understood all of the party information below
Entering the Park
  • Standard price entry tickets to the Park must be purchased online in advance or at the gate on the day. Everyone entering the Park, adults and children, must be paid for.
  • Everyone needs to enter the Park at the same time.
  • Everyone is welcome to stay the whole day at the Park.
  • You will have access to all the attractions that are open and included in the entry ticket on the day of your visit.
Drop off & Pick up
  • It is the responsibility of the party organiser to meet the child's parent/guardian at the entrance at drop off and pick up times
  • We will not let anybody dropping off their children or picking up their children into the Park without paying
Party Meal, Party Bag & Party Room
  • An additional £7.50 per child is charged for the party meal, party bag and party room (this price does not include entrance - everyone entering the Park has to pay standard entry prices).
  • A party is for a minimum of 8 children and a maximum of 28 children.
  • At the time of booking you will pay £60, which is non-refundable. This covers 8 children to have the party food, party bag and use of the party room.
  • If you invite more than 8 children, you will be charged for the rest of the children on the day at £7.50 per child (this does not include the entrance fee).
Party Meal Options

You get to choose one option when booking. On the day of the party we will give you a menu on arrival and you can then ask the children what they would like to eat within the option you have chosen i.e. what hot food option / sandwich filling.

Hot Meal

Chicken Nuggets, Fish Fingers, Veggie Sausage or Cheese and Tomato Pizza. All served with Chips and Baked Beans

Cold Meal

You will receive an individual picnic bag for each child that consists of a Sandwich, Bag of Pom Bears, Piece of Cheese, Piece of Fruit and a Pack of Oreo Biscuits.

Both meals are served with Unlimited Squash, a Capri -Sun, a Jelly Squeeze and a Freddo

Party Room
  • You will be allocated a party room for two and a half hours within the duration of the party.
  • The party room is where the party meal is served.
  • You will only be able to have your belongings in the room for the slot you have been allocated. Before and after the slot you will have to store you belongings in the car or carry them around the Park with you.
  • The party rooms are decorated with stickers on the wall but if you would like extra banners or balloons in the room then you will need to bring these with you. We do not allow the use of drawing pins.

Morning

  • 10.30am to 1.00pm (Food at 11.45am)
  • 11.00am to 1.30pm (Food at 12.00pm)

Afternoon

  • 2.00pm to 4.30pm (Food at 3.45pm)
  • 2.30pm to 5.00pm (Food at 4.00pm)

After-School

  • 3.30pm to 6.00pm (Food at 5.15pm)
Party Bag

The party bag consists of a Knockhatch Logo

  • Pencil

Birthday Cake
  • You may bring your own birthday cake for any meal choice.
  • You need to provide the napkins if you wish to wrap the cake to go into party bags.
  • We can provide you with a knife to cut the cake.
Staff will
  • Set the party room up before you get to us.
  • Explain to you how to fill out the party meal menu.
  • Make sure you have squash throughout the duration of the party.
  • Let you know when to gather the children together for the party meal.
  • Bring the party meal to the party room.
  • Tidy the party room once the party has ended.
  • Collect you from the entrance (weekends only).
  • Come and find you if any child/ren need collecting from or taking down to the entrance at drop off and pick up time (weekends only).
Attraction Upgrades
  • These need to be purchased on the day.
  • You will receive a 25% discount off the standard prices.
