Heads up!Tickets can be purchased on the day at the entrance. There are online discounts when you pre-book 24 hours before arrival. The Lost World Playbarn requires you to wear (minimum) a sleeved t-shirt (no vest tops), knee length shorts and a pair of socks to ride the slides. Online Booking Terms and Conditions

By purchasing tickets online, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below:

  1. You are allowed to arrive anytime from 10.00am.
  2. Once in the Park you are welcome to stay until closing (5.30pm).
  3. Online tickets offer a discount on daily entry prices.
  4. The price does not include any attraction upgrades.
  5. To receive a discount when booking online the booking has to be made before 23:59 on the day prior to your visit.
  6. If for whatever reason you are unable to book online before 23:59 on the day you want to visit, then you will be charged the full priced gate tickets. We will not give discount at the entrance.
  7. Booking online does not guarantee entry. If the car parks are full you will need to park responsibly off-site.
  8. On arrival to the Park please use the main queue which is signposted ‘Entry for all forms of payment, online bookings.’ Booking online does not entitle you to fast track entry.
  9. The booking number you get emailed is for your whole party. It cannot be redeemed more than once. Make sure your whole party is altogether at the time of entry or if anyone will be arriving later it is your responsibility to inform the entrance staff member of the persons names still left to enter.
  10. Day Tickets purchased online are valid for the selected date only and are unable to be refunded.
  11. To move a booking this has to be done at least 24 hours before the date you are due to visit. It will cost £3.00 per individual ticket that needs to be moved, this includes if you have Covid.
  12. Possession of the Booking Online Confirmation will be regarded as proof of purchase and will entitle you to the relevant number and type of tickets purchased. At the entrance provide your reference number or surname to gain entry.
  13. Everyone that you have purchased tickets for needs to be present at the time of admission. You cannot allow anyone you have purchased tickets for to queue jump if they have not arrived at the same time as you.
  14. Children under the age of 17 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  15. Person with Disabilities and Person with Disabilities Carers: Evidence of DLA/PIP payments or a valid Access Card must be provided to be able to purchase a Person with Disabilities Day Ticket/Annual Pass or a Person with Disabilities plus one or two Carers Day Ticket/Annual Pass (the evidence must be dated within the last 2 years). Evidence must be shown to staff at the entrance. If evidence is not brought or not in date the full charge will apply.
    If purchasing a Person with Disabilities plus one or two Carers Day Ticket/Annual Pass, the carer must be 18yrs+. When purchasing a Person with Disabilities plus one or two Carers Annual Pass the carer will be linked to the person with disabilities and only one card will be issued to the person with disabilities and the carer can only enter the Park when the person with disabilities enters.
    If the person with disabilities needs two carers, a doctors letter stating this also needs to be shown at the entrance upon arrival.
    We reserve the right to ask for photographic ID if we feel it is needed.
    We do not have separate entry points or a queue jumping system in place. During the holidays the queues will be long.
  16. We accept the Access Card as proof of Essential Companions.
  17. All purchasers must have a personal email address for use with this system, which will be added to our emailing database, but never passed to any third party. You must inform us if you wish to unsubscribe.
  18. Knockhatch Adventure Park operates a policy of no refunds or exchanges for tickets booked online or on the gate.
  19. Knockhatch Adventure Park will not move tickets or refund tickets due to the weather conditions.
  20. Online discounts may be introduced at certain times of year via special promotional codes. These will be at Knockhatch Adventure Park’s discretion. We regret that tickets purchased prior to release of an offer cannot be refunded regardless of the date of visit or time of purchase.
  21. Knockhatch Adventure Park will withdraw any promotional codes if Knockhatch Adventure Park believes that they are abused in any way including promotions via other websites and printed material.
  22. Online tickets are not valid in conjunction with any other discount vouchers i.e. Tesco Clubcard Reward Partner codes, Blue Light Card.
  23. Prices shown include VAT.
  24. Credit card transactions are made on a separate secure server with full encryption of all credit card data. Your credit card details, and personal information will not be shared with any other company or organisation.
  25. Special events may occasionally necessitate restricted access or additional charges to Knockhatch Adventure Park.
  26. Dogs and all other pets are not permitted into Knockhatch Adventure Park (not applicable to Service Dogs although restrictions may apply).
  27. Knockhatch Adventure Park reserves the right to request further identification at the point of entry.
  28. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  29. Knockhatch Adventure Park will keep your details on file in compliance with the Data Protection Act.

  31. ONLY FOOD AND DRINK BOUGHT ON THE PREMISES MAY BE CONSUMED IN FROGGIES INDOOR SOFT PLAY AREA. EATING OF YOUR OWN FOOD IN THIS AREA IS NOT PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Designated picnic areas are provided. (at this current time Froggies Indoor Soft Play Area is closed)
  32. Guests are reminded that for technical, operational, weather or other reasons, any attraction, ride or facility may be altered, changed, closed, removed or be otherwise unavailable without prior notice. We reserve the rights to change programmes of rides and attractions as necessary.
  33. Age, height and clothing restrictions apply on some attractions and experiences. Please see individual attraction & experience pages at Knockhatch.com
  34. Attraction opening and closing times may vary and some attractions might run on a timed basis.

General Terms and Conditions

If you enter the Park you are agreeing to our terms and conditions below:

  1. Entry is on a first come first served basis. Knockhatch Adventure Park reserves the right to refuse entry in the event that the capacity for visitors at the Park is reached.
  2. Re-entry to the Park will only be granted with a valid re-entry hand stamp.
  3. The entrance prices apply to all visitors aged 2 years and over. Under 2’s are free. We reserve the right to question the age of children and/or ask for ID where we think the child might be 2 years or over.
  4. Children under the age of 17 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times in the Park.
  5. The entrance price does not include the additional upgrade attractions. These are Go-Karts, Bungee Trampolines, Mini Diggers and Mini Quads. The Enchanted Forest Crazy Golf is subject to a £1 refundable deposit.
  6.   20. We ask that all adult customers wear at least a t-shirt at all times.
  21. We will not be held responsible for any injuries that may occur whilst using our attractions.
  22. Parking is at your own risk. We are not responsible for damage caused whilst in our car park.
  23. You are responsible for all your personal items. We will not be held responsible for anything that is lost, stolen or damaged.
  24. Anyone deliberately damaging any of our equipment will be charged and/or escorted from the Park.
  25. Smoking is permitted in the designated smoking areas only.
  26. Special events may occasionally necessitate restricted access or additional charges to Knockhatch Adventure Park.
  27. We do not tolerate customers arguing/fighting with each other. If this occurs both parties will be escorted from the Park.
  28. No littering is allowed. It is a criminal offence to litter.
  29. Once you have entered the Park, no refunds will be given.
  30. Knockhatch Adventure Park reserves the right to update terms and conditions without prior notice.
  31. We will not tolerate any abusive behaviour towards our staff. Anyone being abusive will be asked to leave with no refund given.

Annual Pass Terms and Conditions

We are sure that you will enjoy all the benefits of being a Knockhatch Adventure Park Annual Pass Holder including the unlimited access to the Park. By joining the scheme, you are agreeing to the full terms and conditions under the Annual Membership is offered:

  1. A valid photo ID membership card admits the NAMED PERSON ONLY, to the park, during opening hours. Entrance to the Park or any other membership benefits will not be permitted without a valid membership card. This card cannot be issued until a photograph has been taken.
  2. Attempted use by another person will be deemed as misuse. Misuse, regardless of reason will result in the pass being revoked without return.
  3. Anyone who attends the Park that has forgotten their membership card will be charged a £2.00 fee, which will be donated to Chestnut Tree House.
  4. A replacement card, whether lost or stolen, will only be issued subject to verification of identity and is subject to an administration fee of £5.00 payable on that day.
  5. All annual memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of payment. There are no short-term memberships or pro-rata refunds if you wish to terminate a membership prior to its expiry.
  6. We are unable to process a membership or issue a membership card without a photograph of each individual, which is taken at the entrance.
  7. Annual members can use the designated entry gate for Annual Pass Holders or any entry point, however there is no automatic right to entry without queuing. Please see entrance signs for directions.
  8. Having an Annual Pass does not guarantee entry. If the car parks are full you will be turned away. We operate on a first come, first served basis.
  9.   10. Your annual membership entitles you to visit, any day we are open. Extra charges may apply, for example additional rides and attractions, Christmas visits etc… and may be added without prior notification, at our discretion.
  11. Annual membership is not interchangeable and not transferable for any reason.
  12. Annual membership cannot be frozen or suspended mid-term under any circumstances.
  13. Annual membership discounts are offered on additional attractions, at food outlets and retail outlets within the Park. Annual membership benefits can only apply to the card holder and are not extended to other family members. Cards must be produced, prior to purchase, to obtain the discount. Discount will not be given retrospectively.
  14. Discounts will not be offered on special events i.e. Christmas.
  15. Membership cards may not be accepted in conjunction with promotional offers/vouchers.
  16. ONLY FOOD AND DRINK BOUGHT ON THE PREMISES MAY BE CONSUMED IN FROGGIES INDOOR SOFT PLAY AREA. EATING OF YOUR OWN FOOD IN THIS AREA IS NOT PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Designated picnic areas are provided.
  17. We do not allow branded food or drinks purchased from other establishments or takeaway food deliveries at Knockhatch Adventure Park.
  18. Any change of address can be notified in writing either by post or email or in person at the gift shop.
  19. Babies or under 2’s are free of charge. Any child who reaches their second birthday will be charged the full day admission rate or will be required to purchase an annual pass.
  20. Admission to the Park and use of the facilities are subject to the published last admission and closing times. Entrance to the park will not be allowed after the last admission times.
  21. Under normal circumstances we are open 361 days a year. If we are forced to close the park, due to circumstances beyond our control, Annual Memberships will not be extended, or monies refunded.
  22. From time to time we will provide email offers to Annual Members. These are a marketing initiative and do not form part of the terms and conditions of Annual Membership. We take no responsibility for lost or undelivered emails.
  23. We offer a renewal discount for expired passes up to 60 days after it has expired. The discount is not offered beyond 60 days under any circumstances. All membership cards will be dated from the original expiry date. This offer only applies to a renewed membership and is not extended to new or additional family members. It is the sole responsibility of the annual member to be aware of their expiry date and their ‘period of grace’ cut off point. Renewal reminders are not sent out.
  24. Any offer to get the admission fee refunded is only valid on the day of the visit and only for those present. It is dependent on providing the original till receipt at the entrance before closing.

Tesco Clubcard Reward Partner Codes

  1. Tesco Clubcard vouchers have to be converted to Days Out Vouchers with Tesco Clubcard first. You will then be sent an email from Tesco’s with a code starting with KAP. This code has to be shown at the entrance on the day you purchase your tickets. Without this code you cannot use your vouchers to purchase tickets.
  2. We only accept Tesco Clubcard Reward Partner Codes for day tickets purchased at the entrance on the day you are visiting.
  3. You cannot use your Tesco Clubcard Reward Partner Codes to book online.
  4. Tesco Clubcard Reward Partner Codes cannot be redeemed against group or school bookings, annual membership, experiences or additional upgrade attractions. They are only accepted for daily Individual Prices purchased at the entrance.
  5. Tesco Clubcard Reward Partner Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher or offers.
  6. Knockhatch Adventure Park does not give change when using Tesco Clubcard Reward Partner Codes.

  1. The Knockhatch Adventure Park Online Booking System cannot accept discount vouchers or promotions i.e. Tesco Vouchers, Town City Cards, Blue Light Cards etc
  2. By submitting your voucher, you are agreeing with our terms and conditions
  3. Two for one voucher – cheapest ticket goes free
  4. You must use the voucher by the valid until date on the voucher
  5. The vouchers have no cash alternative, is not refundable and non-exchangeable
  6. You must present the voucher at the ticket desk
  7. No photocopies or damaged vouchers will be accepted
  8. Voucher may ask you to provide an email address. By providing your email address you are agreeing for us to send you any news and offers that we may have. Your email address will not be sent to any third party.

  1. Gift vouchers can be purchased for any value, specific ticket, annual pass or experience

    For Knockhatch gift vouchers please call in at the office when you visit next, or call us on 01323 442051 where payment can be taken and the voucher posted.
  3. All other promotions/discount vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with a Knockhatch Adventure Park gift voucher.

Additional Upgrade Tickets Terms and Conditions
  1. Knockhatch Adventure Park will not refund lost or stolen additional attraction tickets
  2. You will not be allowed onto the additional attraction without a valid ticket. Your till receipt is not a valid ticket
  3. Ensure you are within the right age/height bracket before you buy an additional attraction ticket.
  4. The ticket does not guarantee entry to the additional attraction. Make sure you turn up in plenty of time at the attraction.

  6. Knockhatch Adventure Park reserves the right to update terms and conditions without prior notice.

  9. Tickets only valid on date of purchase.
Experiences Terms and Conditions
  1. We require everyone booked into the experience to be at the Park at least 15 minutes before to get signed in. If you are late then the experience will be shortened or may not be able to go ahead and no refund will be given. On arrival you need to sign in at the main entrance. If there is a queue, then you can use the re-entry door.
  2. If you have booked using a voucher, then you MUST bring the voucher with you to the experience. If you do not bring the voucher, then the experience may not be able to go ahead.
  3. You must wear a long-sleeved top, long trousers and a pair of enclosed shoes (trainers, walking or wellington boots). We suggest you dress up warm in the winter due to the main part of the experience being outside.
  4. Experiences are held regardless of the weather; in extreme conditions we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the experience.
  5. All spectators will be charged the standard entry price. Book online up to 11:59 the day before you visit to receive a discount.
  6. All experiences include entry into the Park for the person/s doing the experience.
  7. We suggest you bring a camera along with you because there will be opportunities to capture some great pictures.
  8. Age restrictions do apply for each experience and need to be adhered too and if anyone doing the experience is under 17 years old then an adult will need to be present through the whole experience. We hold the right to disallow participation in a party of anyone obviously not in the correct age bracket.
  9. Knockhatch Adventure Park hold the right to change or adapt any experience in order to maintain the smooth running of the Park.
  10. The welfare of our animals is of upmost importance to us at all times. Occasionally some animals may need to be off show due to veterinary treatment, illness or exceptionally bad weather and this may necessitate animal enclosures being closed without prior notice or warning.
  11. Remember to wash your hands after touching animals, especially before eating.

  13. Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the date of the experience. If a cancellation is made closer to that date and is due to illness, we will need a doctor’s certificate in order to refund the payment. If a doctor’s certificate cannot be produced, then we will only refund 50% of the amount paid. If a cancellation is made on the day of the experience no refund will be given. If you need to re-arrange your experience a £10 re-booking fee will be charged.
