Entrance for pre-booked tickets and Annual Pass members will be via the front entrance, everyone using the same entrances. There will be staff guiding customers and social distancing floor markers to indicate where to stand while waiting to get in.
No, we will have staff in the car park assisting with parking, but we ask that you park sensibly, with sufficient space between cars, and respect the space of other visitors.

We recently surveyed our Annual Pass Holders and asked whether they would be happy to support Knockhatch becoming "cashless". We had a fantastic response and 91% of pass holders said that they would support this. We would, therefore, ask that all customers use contactless payment methods across the Park wherever possible.
I have a Gift Voucher that I cannot use online. Can I still turn up and use it?
If you have a Knockhatch Gift Voucher, that either has expired during lockdown (21st March – 16th July 2020), or in date, please email bookings@knockhatch.com with your contact details and we will book you in.
We have introduced a number of safety measures around the Park to keep visitors at the Park as safe as possible. These include;
Reduced visitor numbers.
Cleaning regimes have been increased throughout the Park and at all attractions.
The toilet block will be cleaned more regularly according to use/demand and a hand sanitising station will be available for customers to sanitise their hands before and after use.
Screens have been added at all till points in use.
Increased signage and social distancing measures around the Park.
Rather than a one-way system, we will be asking all customers to keep 'left' as you walk around the Park and to give way at junctions.
We have added ‘Sanitising stations’ around the Park for self-use.
Social Distancing floor marks have been added in all necessary queue areas.
Takeaway food and refreshments will be available all day from certain outlets.

Staff have attended a full safety training for themselves and customers prior to opening and will wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where necessary.
In line with Government guidelines all indoor attractions and some outdoor attractions will remain closed.
We will not be selling Farm Food. Therefore you will not be able to feed the animals whilst in the Park.
We have awarded the ‘We’re Good to Go’ Industry Standard mark from Visit Britain.
What can I do in the Park to help keep myself and others safe?
If you are showing any Coronavirus symptoms, please stay at home and call NHS 111.
If you show any signs of Coronavirus symptoms while you are at the Park, please inform a member of the management team from the entrance and make your way home and call NHS 111.
Please take responsibility for your own social distancing whilst in the Park.
Make sure you wash your hands regularly and use the hand sanitiser stations around the Park. We would also advise you bring your own sanitiser with you as well.
Prepare your children prior to visiting, so that you and they can help us all to keep the Park safe.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Adhere to our signage and recommendations with regard to your safety and the safety of our staff.
Use contact payments wherever possible.
Refrain from touching fences and keep back at animal enclosures.
If an area looks busy, please go and enjoy another attraction and re-visit later in the day.
Be patient and kind to our staff, they are as new to all of this as you are. If you have any concerns during your visit, please ask to speak to a member of the management team.
We will continue to provide first aid to visitors but we will ask parents/guardians to administer minor first aid to their children themselves. Of course, we will provide the plasters, wipes, ice packs etc… along with guidance and support. Where visitors require assistance with more substantial first aid, our first aiders will be required to wear mask and gloves.

Where do we queue if we have bought ticket’s online?
Please use the queue for all types of payments. Everyone that you have purchased tickets for need to be present at the time of admission. You cannot allow anyone you have purchased tickets for to queue jump if they have not arrived at the same time as you. Online tickets guarantee a cheaper entry price but do not guarantee a faster entry system. Visitors will be required to show their booking reference number when entering the Park.

For groups of 15 to 39 please purchase tickets for everyone online.
If I book tickets online can I use them on any date?
Online tickets can only be used for the date you have booked. You can save 20% by booking online. To save 20% you must purchase your tickets before midnight on the day you are planning to visit.
With the exception of ‘Attraction Upgrades’ all rides, play areas and animal enclosures are included. For more information please read ‘What is the difference between a Red, Green & Orange Day?’.
I am registered disabled, does my carer have to pay to enter the Park?
Everyone pays to enter the Park. We offer a discounted day ticket for a person with disabilities (2yrs+) and a discounted day ticket for the person with disabilities carer (18yrs+).
What is your refund or rainy-day guarantee policy?
We do not offer a rainy-day guarantee scheme here at Knockhatch Adventure Park. It is the choice of the guest when to visit and if it is forecast to rain, we recommend appropriate attire. We operate a strict no refund policy on online ticket sales. Please see our terms and conditions page.
How can I book a Meerkat, Owl or Animal Keeper Experience?
If you have received a voucher for a Meerkat, Owl or Animal Keeper Experience please email bookings@knockhatch.com or ring 01323 442051. A member of the team will assist you in booking your experience.

We have large car parks which are free to use. In the unlikely event that the car parks are full we ask that you park responsibly offsite. There is always access for taxi to drop off & collect at the main entrance. We have a significant number of disabled bays opposite the main entrance.
We have a purpose built ‘Changing Places Toilet’ for people with disabilities.
Knockhatch Adventure Park is accessible for wheelchair or mobile scooter users.

The vast majority of the Park is laid with smooth level tarmac or loose gravel paths to aid accessibility around the Park for wheelchair and mobility scooter users. The exceptions are the Chestnut Wood Adventure Playground & Dragon Castle, which has a wood bark play surface.
We recognise that some guests require additional assistance from a service animal in order to visit and therefore Knockhatch Adventure Park is pleased to allow fully trained Assistance Dogs into the Park.
Assistance Dogs must be on a lead or harness and accompanied by the disabled person or another member of the party at all times. Please note that Assistance Dogs will not be allowed to accompany guests onto the rides or into the Pirate’s Cove for health and safety reasons. Please ensure the dog is left with another member of your group and not left unattended at any time.
Assistance Dogs must remain at least 3 metres away from animal exhibits.
Dogs undergoing training will not be allowed inside Knockhatch Adventure Park. Proof of training may be requested.
Are there any toilets and changing facilities available for disabled guests?
Knockhatch Adventure Park has ample toilet facilities, all of which include facilities for guests with disabilities.
The location of the toilet facilities are shown on the Park Map and Brochure, a copy of which is available on your arrival at the entrance. In addition, there are ample directional signposts around the Park as well as large boards for guests to view. A downloadable version of the Park Map can be found on our map page.
A purpose built Accessible Changing Places facility is available adjacent to the duck pond. Access to this facility is via a radar key, which is available from the Gift Shop. This facility is equipped with a mobile hoist, due to individual needs, we ask that Guests use their own hoist slings, as adult size changing bed, a height adjustable sink and a disabled toilet.
We have fully trained first aiders in the Park. If you require assistance, please go to the first aid point at the main entrance or ask a member of staff for assistance.
We ask that all children under the age of 17 are supervised at all times by a responsible adult. Knockhatch Adventure Park is a large public venue with open bodied waters. Please ask a member of staff for assistance if you cannot find your child.
A valid Annual Pass Card must be shown to gain entry. If a customer turns up without their Annual Pass, we will charge each person £2 to gain entry. This money will go to Chestnut Tree House. If an Annual Pass Card is lost/stolen, then we will charge £5 per card to replace.
**A recent PIP/DLA letter will need to be shown to purchase a ‘person with disabilities’ Annual Pass.

Do I need to provide a photo for a Knockhatch Annual Pass?
When purchasing your Annual Pass, we will take your photograph, so you do not need to provide a photo. Everyone you are buying a pass for will need to be present at the time of purchase.
If you bring your own food, we ask that you use the designated picnic areas, regardless of the time of year. Please note that only food purchased at Knockhatch Adventure Park can be eaten in Froggies Soft Play Seating Area. Anyone eating their own food will be asked to leave and go to the designated picnic areas.
We do not allow branded food or drinks purchased from other establishments or takeaway food deliveries at Knockhatch Adventure Park.

If you want to feed the farm animals, you can purchase animal feed at the entrance gate for 50p. Please do not feed the Kookaburra’s, Ponies, Peppa Pig or any animals at the Owl Sanctuary.
After touching any of the animals or their fences always wash your hands, especially before putting fingers in mouths or eating as animals can carry diseases which could be harmful to you. Do not put anything in your mouth if it has touched the fence or been dropped on the ground.
Please do not eat or drink in the animal area.
We have hand washing stations around the farm and the best way to clean your hands is water and soap.
If you are pregnant, we advise you do not touch or feed the animals.
All the animals at Knockhatch Adventure Park are tested for known diseases on a regular basis by our vet.
Are you able to post a Knockhatch Adventure Park map to me?
Full details, including a Park Map, are available on our website. A Park Map, displays & ride timing are offered on arrival at the Entrance. Knockhatch Adventure Park is well sign posted and our staff are always ready to help.
Can Knockhatch Adventure Park donate a prize for my fundraising event?
Due to the high demand for prizes for different events we decided to nominate a charity that we fundraise for and donate to yearly.
Knockhatch Adventure Park’s nominated charity is Chestnut Tree House. It is therefore with regret that we are unable to support fundraising events for other charities with complimentary tickets, donations or merchandise.
