If the Park is forced to closed due to Government restrictions then all day tickets that have been pre-booked will be refunded. We will do this automatically.
Guests are reminded that for technical, operational, weather or other reasons, any attraction, ride or facility may be altered, changed, closed, removed or be otherwise unavailable without prior notice. We reserve the rights to change programmes of rides and attractions as necessary.

A valid Annual Pass Card must be shown to gain entry. If a customer turns up without their Annual Pass, we will charge each person £2 to gain entry. This money will go to Chesnut Tree House. If an Annual Pass Card is lost/stolen, then we will charge £5 per card to replace.

Under 17's will not be permitted into the park without a full paying adult. Anyone under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times whilst in the Park.
*Senior Citizen: We may ask for photographic ID for proof of Date of Birth.
**Person with Disabilities and Person with Disabilities Carers: Evidence of DLA/PIP payments and photographic ID must be provided to be able to purchase a Person with disabilities Day Ticket/Annual Pass or a Person with Disabilities Carer Day Ticket/Annual Pass (the evidence must be dated within the last 2 years). Evidence must be shown to staff at the entrance. If evidence is not brought or not in date the full charge will apply. To purchase a Person with disabilities Carer ticket you must be 18yrs+. When purchasing a Person with disabilities Carers Annual Pass the card will be linked to the person with disabilities and only one card will be issued to the person with disabilities. This will allow them and their carer entry into the Park. We do not have a separate entry points. During the holidays the queues will be long.
