Booking online does not guarantee entry. If our car parks are full then customers will be turned away and refunds will be given.

If the Park is forced to closed due to Government restrictions then all day tickets that have been pre-booked will be refunded. We will do this automatically.

Orange and Green Days Explained

Green Days

On a Green Day some attractions are closed.

The closed attractions are Dragon Castle Adventure Playground, Boating Lake, Avalanche Slide, Wave Runner Water Slide, and the High Ropes.

Term-time, Monday to Friday, some attractions will be running on times.

Orange Days

All attractions will be open at Weekends, in East Sussex School Holidays (excluding Brighton & Hove) and on Bank Holidays.

Term-time, Monday to Friday, some attractions will be running on times.

The Quadapillar Ride operates in the last half an hour of each session advertised on our Daily Info Boards at the Park.

A valid Annual Pass Card must be shown to gain entry. If a customer turns up without their Annual Pass, we will charge each person £2 to gain entry. This money will go to Chesnut Tree House. If an Annual Pass Card is lost/stolen, then we will charge £5 per card to replace.

Under 17's will not be permitted into the park without a full paying adult. Anyone under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times whilst in the Park.

*Senior Citizen: We may ask for photographic ID for proof of Date of Birth.

**Person with Disabilities and Person with Disabilities Carers: Evidence of DLA/PIP payments must be provided to be able to purchase a Person with Disabilities Day Ticket/Annual Pass or a Person with Disabilities plus one or two Carers Day Ticket/Annual Pass (the evidence must be dated within the last 2 years). Evidence must be shown to staff at the entrance. If evidence is not brought or not in date the full charge will apply.

If purchasing a Person with Disabilities plus one or two Carers Day Ticket/Annual Pass, the carer must be 18yrs+. When purchasing a Person with Disabilities plus one or two Carers Annual Pass the carer will be linked to the person with disabilities and only one card will be issued to the person with disabilities and the carer can only enter the Park when the person with disabilities enters.

If the person with disabilities needs two carers, a doctor letter stating this also needs to be shown at the entrance upon arrival.

We reserve the right to ask for photographic ID if we feel it is needed.

We do not have separate entry points or a queue jumping system in place. During the holidays the queues will be long.
