Siblings under the age of 2 years old are welcome for free.
Children under the age of 2 years old can only attend if a paying sibling aged 2 years and above is attending.
Please make us aware if you are planning on bringing any children under the age of 2 years old with you.
Numbers are limited.
We can accept 16 children aged 2 to 8 years per session. You need to book in online. Booking is on a first come, first served basis.
Places are limited to one adult per booked in child. The adult must stay and supervise their child/ren at all times.
You need to wear appropriate clothing for the woods.
We suggest wellies or sturdy trainers, waterproofs, clothes you do not mind getting dirty.
Full change of clothes - you may want to leave this in the car for after the session.
Your own drinks and snacks for you and your child/children.
Plate, bowl, cup and spoon.
You need to come to Knockhatch Adventure Park and park in the overflow car park (go past the main carpark and head towards the Ski and Snowboard School. The overflow carpark is on the left). Please park in the hard standing area. Do not park on the grass, you will get stuck.
You will be met in the overflow carpark by the Forest School Leader.
If you are late you will need to meet the group in the wood as we will leave the meeting point at 10.00am.
We would like to take occasional pictures for advertising purposes.
This is optional, so we will ask you to fill in a photo consent form at the start of the first session.
We have been given access to East Sussex School of Circus Arts toilets. The toilets are situated near the car park. There will be no other toilets available if we go on short walks away form the main base.
Due to the nature of the wood unfortunately the ground is unsuitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs.
The Forest School Sessions do not give you access into Knockhatch Adventure Park. If you would like to visit the Park a separate ticket will need to be purchased.
