Attraction Rules

Upon entering this play area, you accept the following risks and will adhere to the rules listed below

This play area is for all ages of children/adults. A responsible adult must accompany under 6’s. It is a play area that is not a soft play and has all the associated risks of injury as an adventure playground.

• Parents/Guardians must supervise all children at all times using this play facility.
• There’s an incredibly high risk of friction burns using these slides. To minimise the risk please wear (minimum) a t-shirt, tucked in on all sides (no vest tops), knee length shorts and a pair of socks. We have signage around this attraction to indicate this. Our staff try to watch for inappropriate clothing worn, they will not allow you to use the slides if they deem clothing inappropriate. However, for riding the slides, we advise that long sleeved tops, tucked in on all sides, trousers and socks are worn.
• It is the Parent/Guardians responsibility to make sure the children or adults in your care are wearing the correct clothing for this area.
• You must wear socks at all times on the slides and in the climbing frame area.
• Thin clothing may burn through causing friction burns.
• We advise shoes to be worn in the climbing frame area.
• Clothes (top and bottoms) need to be worn in the play area.
• No running within the play area.
• No bullying or fighting.
• No food, drink or chewing gum within the play area.
• No glassware within the play area.
• Anyone wearing glasses or contact lenses should take particular care.
• Please remove all jewellery, badges and other sharp objects.
  
• Anyone who feels unwell should not enter the play area.
• Anyone with any medical conditions, which may be affected by the play area should not enter.
• Follow all individual slide rules found at the top of each slide. Go down feet first and move away quickly once you reach the bottom.
• Do not climb on the netting in the climbing frame area.
• Do not touch the dinosaurs. Always keep behind the fences.
• No liability will be accepted for any losses, damage or theft whilst in the Lost World Playbarn.
• The staff at Knockhatch Adventure Park have the right to refuse access if they see fit to do so.
• Knockhatch Adventure Park reserves the right to close an amenity, toilet, ride, kiosk, animal enclosure or show without prior notice for the purposes of maintenance or staff training. Refunds will not be given in these circumstances.

KNOCKHATCH ADVENTURE PARK CANNOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR INJURY CAUSED WHILST USING THIS PLAY AREA. ANYONE BREAKING THESE RULES MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PARK WITH NO REFUND GIVEN.
