Heads up!Tickets can be purchased on the day at the entrance. There are online discounts when you pre-book 24 hours before arrival. The Lost World Playbarn requires you to wear (minimum) a sleeved t-shirt (no vest tops), knee length shorts and a pair of socks to ride the slides. Which side will you choose?

Join the battle of the century between the chickens and the foxes. This battle is fought over two storeys with giant sponge ball firing cannons!

Will you use the cannons to protect the chickens and their hen house, or will you side with the foxes and use their tunnels to sneak up and attack the chickens? Suitable for little chicks, mother hens and Mr Fox, everyone is welcome to play in the Cannon Arena (although under sixes should be accompanied by a responsible adult).

If the battle has made you peckish (pardon the pun) the Cannon Arena comes complete with a small cafe. Click here for more details...

The cannon arena is so much fun! There are real cannons that you can use to shoot foam balls at each other, and tunnels you can crawl through.

Attraction Rules

Upon entering this play area, you accept the following risks and will adhere to the rules listed below

This play area is for all ages of children and adults. A responsible adult must accompany under 6's. This is not a soft play area and has all the associated risks of injury as an adventure playground. There are softball firing cannons that will be fired at you.

  • Parents and guardians must supervise all children at all times using this play facility.
  • Shoes must be clean before entering.
  • No bare feet.
  • Do not stand too close to the front of the Cannons.
  • Do not deliberately damage any of the soft balls or any other equipment in the play area.
  • No running within the play area.
  • No bullying or fighting.
  • No food or drink within the play area.
  • No glassware within the play area.
  • Anyone wearing glasses or contact lenses should take particular care.
  • Clothes (top and bottoms) need to be worn in the play area.
  • Please remove all jewellery, badges and other sharp objects.
  • Anyone who feels unwell should not enter the play area.
  • Anyone with any medical conditions, which may be affected by the play area should not enter.
  • No liability will be accepted for any losses, damage or theft whilst in the Cannon Arena.
  • The staff at Knockhatch Adventure Park have the right to refuse access if they see fit to do so.
  • Knockhatch Adventure Park reserves the right to close an amenity, toilet, ride, kiosk, animal enclosure or show without prior notice for the purposes of maintenance or staff training. Refunds will not be given in these circumstances.

KNOCKHATCH ADVENTURE PARK CANNOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR INJURY CAUSED WHILST USING THIS PLAY AREA. ANYONE BREAKING THESE RULES MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PARK WITH NO REFUND GIVEN.
